SOCAR Polymer HR Internship Programme

The HUMAN RESOURCES internship course will focus on industry-specific HR strategies, operating models, and functions pertaining to managing the workforce through policies, systems, and strategic objectives (recruitment, training, development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.). The course will also provide you with an opportunity to apply the newly acquired insights to address challenges the modern petrochemical industry is up against to.

Assigned supervisors would assess your progress on a regular basis to tackle your concerns, provide feedback, and make performance appraisals.

Upon completion of the course, you will be expected to submit a PowerPoint Presentation about the project you have been working.
