We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging potential candidates across various business functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, market research, talent mapping, and employer branding while developing practical sourcing skills.

- Search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.
- Reach out to candidates through personalized messages and maintain communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare sourcing reports and recruitment analytics.
- Continuously explore new sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.
Tələblər
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
