Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR & Wellbeing Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Engaging with team members through employee surveys and face-to-face discussions to understand their needs, expectations and concerns.
• Designing and implementing different activities based on the findings to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing.
• Organizing teambuilding events around special holidays, birthdays, and annual staff retreat.
• Organizing regular (weekly) team outings.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
