About the role
As a member of Kapital Bank's Credit Risk team, you will participate in identifying, assessing, minimizing and properly managing the bank's credit risks using various analytical tools.
Обязанности
- Participates in the analysis of complex data using analytical tools to identify potential risks;
- Participates in the identification, assessment, minimization and proper management of credit risks;
- Participates in the analysis and assessment of credit risks before the launch of new products;
- Supports the preparation of reports and portfolio analysis using risk management tools;
- Supports the development and improvement of credit risk models;
- Participates in the development of the Bank's credit-related procedures and rules;
Требования
- Higher education (in finance, economics, or other quantitative majors);
- Highly motivated;
- Highly analytical and communication skills;
- High initiative, energy, and self-confidence;
- Self-motivated and eager to develop;
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) knowledge;
- SQL, Python, and Tableau knowledge;
- Fluent communication skills in English.
