Обязанности

Update company databases with new employee information
Assist HRBP team by screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
Assist Talent Management team with organization and coordination of trainings and other relevant tasks
Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
Send rejection emails to candidates
Assist with new hire orientations
Prepare HR-related reports if needed
Assist in the planning of HR events and careers days

Требования

BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
Experience as HR intern role is a plus
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Communication and organizational skills
