- Employee Engagement: Support internal initiatives, engagement programs, and recognition efforts.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Contribute to data collection, reporting, and process optimization.
- General HR Support: Address employee inquiries and assist in daily HR functions as needed.
Tələblər
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication Azerbaijani and English languages.
