Öhdəliklər

  • Support/Coordinate assigned tasks;
  • Support all project administration is completed and project files are maintained;
  • Coordinate and support end-to-end procurement processes including technical clarifications;
  • Coordinate project approvals as per company policies;
  • Manage requests from stakeholders within the given target time frame and budget;
  • Executive reporting & Progress tracking;
  • End-to-end responsibility for project meetings (Prepare presentations and status updates, distribute agendas, document action items, distribute notes and update appropriate status using tracking tools);
  • Preparation of corresponding reports to management;
  • Responsible for execution of tasks assigned by management (verbal & written);
  • Responsible for coordination and consolidation of reports from various Functions Departments for Managment reporting; 

Tələblər

  • Higher education (Fresh graduate);
  • Project management base knowledge (Knowledge about PMI, Agile and Waterfall and / or Prince 2 standards)
  • Understanding of telecom industry is an advantage;
  • Understanding of finance, procurement, logistics, legal inital principles;
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage;
  • Advanced user of MS Office (in particular MS Excel &MS Power Point).
  • 1 year experience in secretary or similar administrative roles;
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages; Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong PowerPoint and other visualization/presentation tools knowledge;
  • Detailed-oriented, high organizational and planning abilities;
  • High analytical skills;
  • Time management skills;
  • Leadership and facilitating skills;
  • Knowledge and skills in administrative fields.
