Vacancy for HR Intern

We are hiring! Vacancy for HR Intern:

Job Description:

• Providing support to HR specialist in daily work
• Assisting HR to prepare and amend employment contracts and independent contracts (for invited professors)
• Supporting with documentation exchanges between UFAZ and ASOIU HR department
• Drafting HR letters and relevant documentation (for leave requests, visa issues, position changes, etc.)
• Supporting with migration issues
• Supporting HR in the arrangement of internal and external events
• Assisting HR to prepare (drafting, printing, providing signature of timekeepers) timesheet for each department
• Supporting HR with filling documents and creating each personal employee folder

Requirements:

• Final year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant field
• Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English language
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong motivation to constant learning and adaptability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to details
