How much does it cost to post a job?
Free costs 0 AZN. Starter costs 15 AZN, Growth 29 AZN, and Business 49 AZN per package. The AI 100 add-on costs 15 AZN and includes no job posts. Job packages are active for 30 days. AI 100 add-on credits never expire.
Can I post a job for free?
Yes. Every company gets one free job post every 30 days — it is a recurring allowance, not a one-off for your first listing. A free post stays active for the same 30 days as a paid one.
How long does a job post stay on the site?
A standard listing stays active for 30 days from the day it is published. A Premium listing additionally sits in the site's top 10 for its first 24 hours, with a distinct design and a “Premium” badge, then completes the 30 days as a standard post.
How does AI candidate scoring work?
AI compares each application with the vacancy requirements and returns a relevance score, strengths, and missing skills. Starter, Growth, and Business include scoring credits. The AI 100 add-on provides extra credits without job posts. Each scored candidate uses one credit.
How can I pay, and do you provide documentation?
Tecrube.az is an officially registered company. Payments are made by card or bank transfer, all taxes are paid accordingly, and the corresponding documentation is provided.
Can the rest of my team manage our listings?
Yes. Listings belong to the company account rather than to one person: invite your colleagues and everyone sees the same vacancies and applications. Roles decide who can see what, and the balance you have paid for is shared across the whole team.
