Our Commitments

Tecrube.az is not responsible for the content provided by companies or the accuracy of any candidate information. Users are solely responsible for the data presented in their CVs. Tecrube.az is not an employer and holds no responsibility for communications or outcomes between employers and candidates. We do not guarantee the number of applications submitted to any job post, nor the hiring of candidates. We are not liable for technical errors or the presence of any viruses on the website. If any damage occurs to your software or device from using this platform, we bear no responsibility. Additionally, Tecrube.az reserves the right to use job post and CV data for marketing purposes.

Job Posting Guidelines

1. Each job listing remains active on the site for 30 days.
2. The job title must match the selected category. If not, the site reserves the right to correct it.
3. Only one job position can be mentioned per listing.
4. Job details and candidate requirements must be clearly and thoroughly described.
5. We reserve the right to edit content that does not comply with grammar, spelling, or style standards.
6. Incomplete or incorrect information will be rejected or returned for revision.
7. Salaries must be listed in AZN. If the salary field is left empty, it will appear as 'Negotiable' on the site.
8. Salary figures must be realistic. Exaggerated or misleading values will be returned for correction.
9. The published job title cannot be changed after submission.
10. Substantially altering job content or replacing key information during edits is prohibited.
11. Listings related to online sales of medical, cosmetic, or jewelry products, mass recruitment, or any job requiring a fee from the applicant will be rejected. This includes ads related to pharmaceuticals or cryptocurrency trading. In such cases, payments will be refunded.
12. Network marketing-style job offers are not allowed.
13. Suspicious job types, unclear activity descriptions, or foreign-based jobs will be rejected.
14. If a company lacks sufficient background information, its listing may be denied and refunded.
15. Unpaid internship listings must clearly explain the nature of the program.
16. The approval process for listings takes 1–2 business days based on content and company profile.
17. Internship posts that require payment from candidates or are promotional in nature will not be published for free.

CV Submission Guidelines

1. Submitting a CV to the site is completely free.
2. Your CV will remain visible on the platform until you deactivate it.
3. Only one job title is allowed per CV. CVs listing multiple roles will be rejected and returned for editing.
4. CV photos must follow professional standards. If not, the CV will be published without a photo.
5. The job title must align with the selected category. Tecrube.az may correct any mismatch.
6. The education section must include your institution, field of study, and dates of attendance.
7. The work experience section must include your company, role, and dates of employment.
8. The skills and certifications section should include all relevant abilities and qualifications gained through training or projects.
9. The knowledge section should highlight your technical expertise, languages, and software proficiency.
10. We reserve the right to edit any CV that does not follow linguistic or formatting standards.
11. Incomplete or non-compliant CVs will be rejected or sent back for revision.
12. Salaries must be listed in AZN. If not provided, it will default to 'Negotiable'.
13. You are not allowed to change the job title after your CV has been published.
14. CVs related to suspicious or unverified activities will be rejected.
15. Tecrube.az is not responsible for any messages or phone calls you may receive (providing your phone number is optional).

Communication

The website administration reserves the right to contact registered users via SMS, email, or phone. Tecrube.az may update these terms at any time without prior notice. When you access www.tecrube.az, you are expected to also review this page. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
