Responsibilities
- To include costs to the ERP system in accordance with invoices;
- To investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and purchase orders;
- Keep records and control advance holders' balances;
- Posting advance reports to the ERP system on a daily bases;
- To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management;
- To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures;
- To follow and maintain all the Companies Policies and Procedures;
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
- To keep the confidentiality of the company data.
Requirements
- Higher Education;
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or Economics;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are desirable;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, Intermediate command of Excel;
- Good communication skills;
- Teamwork & Collaboration;
- Valid combination of verbal and written communication skills;
- Self-motivated, highly organized, with the ability to adapt to rapid changes;
- Continuous learning and improvement.
