Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market research to gather insights that inform product decisions.
- Process and analyze received data to extract meaningful insights, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Attend and support Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Participate in workshops, training, and mentoring opportunities to expand your knowledge of Agile methodologies and product discovery processes.
- Create and customize charts based on the data analysis, ensuring they effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Perform other managerial tasks. Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Passion for managing change and ability to bring others along.
- Basic understanding of design thinking, user research.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work with MS Excel, MS Power Point.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/ Data analytics / Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Agile methodologies and product management
- Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form
- Knowledge of the Russian language is desirable
- Experience in preparing presentations, particularly those based on market research, to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
