Responsibilities

To be responsible for fault registration, investigation, fault notification and reporting on any problems on Core Network or subscriber sides;
To facilitate and support all planned work to ensure maximum network availability and customer satisfaction;
To aware, investigate, escalate and update critical issues on Network;
To support Trouble Ticket status handling and solving;
To monitor Key Quality and performance Indicators and alarms;
To monitor state of Core Network elements;
To keep specific safety instructions and procedures and to supervise strictly for their following and execution;

Requirements

University degree in telecommunications or information technologies;
Experience in the sphere of cellular network;
Reading and researching skills on Telco/IT sphere;
Azerbaijani – advanced level, English and Russian – pre-intermediate level;
Able to interact effectively with staff and work independently, and/or as part of a team;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills;
Personal, reliable and self-controlled;
Ability to work under pressure;
Self-motivated, Self-development and self-education.
