Responsibilities
- Various administrative tasks that include data filing, filling-in trackers, collect and analyze data using ERP, eSourcing and other system tools;
- Preparation of purchase orders for a company in ERP systems;
- Follow-up of orders and suppliers’ performance;
- Follow-up of invoice payments;
- Tracking and follow-up of contract approval cycle;
- Tracking of purchase-related tasks;
- Plan and track progress on various sourcings;
- Assisting in searching of supplies and looking for new suppliers;
Requirements
- Fluent in the Azerbaijani and English;
- Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel).
- Team work and collaboration skills;
- Strong communication skills.
