General Information

As a QA Intern, you will be involved in ensuring the quality of software products. In this role, you will learn testing processes, gain hands-on experience in real projects, and collaborate with experienced team members. Your goal will be to help ensure that the product is stable, functional, and meets user requirements.

Responsibilities

This internship requires full-time availability;
Support writing and maintaining automated test scenarios;
Assist in developing UI tests using Selenium WebDriver (Java);
Support API testing using Postman and/or Rest Assured;
Assist in automation of functional and regression tests;
Analyze test results and document identified issues;
Log and track defects in Jira (Xray is a plus);
Help convert manual test cases into automated tests;
Collaborate with the team to improve test strategies and QA processes;

Requirements

Undergraduate degree (ongoing or completed) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
Basic knowledge of Java (OOP concepts, methods, classes);
Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for UI test automation;
Understanding of API testing and experience with Postman;
Basic knowledge of Rest Assured for API automation;
Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems;
Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN);
Familiarity with Jira, Xray, or other test management tools;
Basic understanding of Maven or Gradle;
Understanding of CI/CD concepts (Jenkins is a plus);
Basic manual testing experience;
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
SQL üzrə əsas biliklər (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN anlayışı)
Responsible and disciplined;
Strong analytical thinking;
Fast learner with eagerness to improve technical skills;
Problem-solving mindset;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
