General Information

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging potential candidates across various business functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, market research, talent mapping, and employer branding while developing practical sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

Search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.
Reach out to candidates through personalized messages and maintain communication.
Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare sourcing reports and recruitment analytics.
Continuously explore new sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
Good research and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
