General Information

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and develop essential skills for a career in HR. The HR Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and contribute to ongoing HR projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Help maintain HR records and documentation
Participate in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities
Assist with HR reports and data entry
Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English level: Intermediate or higher
