Transaction Services Intern/Executive

Responsibilities
- Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex transaction services assignments, mostly, due diligence (projects in TMT, consumer markets, manufacturing, transportation and other sectors)
- Preparing presentations and pitch materials;
- Preparing draft contracts, risk management and other project-related documents
Requirements
- Strong academic and numerate background: a bachelors or master’s degree in accounting, business, finance or economics is preferred;
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Familiarity with business fundamentals;
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work on a team;
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English and Azerbaijani, Russian is a plus
